More than 100 explicit videos of U.S. Navy personnel were uploaded to a porn site in January 2020, according to court documents unsealed in April.
The video, which showed the officer in a restroom stall, was uploaded to Pornhub and appeared to be “secretly filmed,” but it was removed within days of being reported to the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). according to In court documents obtained by Military.com. NCIS agents investigating how the videos were uploaded obtained subscriber details from Pornhub after obtaining a subpoena and search warrant. according to Go to Pacific Daily News. According to Military.com, “Many of the videos, including audio, appeared to depict various U.S. soldiers masturbating to pornographic material viewed on electronic devices in bathroom stalls.” the court documents claim.

Some of the videos were labeled with the rank and last name of the victims, Military.com reported.
The case was unsealed on April 17, according to the Pacific Daily News. No arrests or charges have been made in the incident, according to Military.com. report.

Pornhub, one of the largest online porn sites, has come under fire for allowing minors to view its content, and states that have passed such measures over laws requiring age verification. The company responded by blocking users from accessing the site.
The Navy and Pornhub did not immediately respond to Daily Caller News Foundation’s requests for comment.
