This offseason was especially special for Packers wide receiver Christian Watson.
Watson, 24, married his college sweetheart Lakin Adkins on Friday in Malibu, Calif., in front of teammates and singer Jordin Sparks. according to people.

The couple, who began dating while playing for North Dakota State, hosted guests at a welcome party Thursday at the Cambria Hotel Calabasas.
Adkins told the magazine that Watson proposed in April 2022 while the couple were taking a family photo with their dog.
“Towards the end of filming, he proposed to me,” she said.
Watson and Adkins met in 2017 as freshmen at North Dakota State University.
They were introduced by mutual friends at a Bison football game, and the rest is history.
Watson was selected by the Packers in the second round, 34th overall, in the 2022 NFL Draft.
