Paige DeSorbo Shares Details About Her Romance with Joe D’Amelio
Paige DeSorbo has opened up about her current relationship status, indicating that she is “exclusive” with sports executive Joe D’Amelio, a connection that began over a year ago.
“I’m in my 30s now, so my dating life is different from when I was in my 20s,” the 33-year-old podcaster explained during a recent event, noting that her outings are less frequent and more intentional.
Describing her relationship with D’Amelio—who is the senior vice president of soccer marketing at Klutch Sports Group—as “really fun” and “very relaxing,” DeSorbo also touched on his Italian background. She humorously noted that while they might have a reputation for being loud, he is refreshingly quiet, and that’s something she appreciates.
“It’s about knowing when to speak and when to be silent,” she added thoughtfully. “That’s really important, especially for someone like me who values that balance.”
Unlike her previous relationship with Craig Conover from “Southern Charm,” DeSorbo finds dating someone who isn’t under the public eye to be a welcome change. Reflecting on her past, she mentioned that being in a reality show at a young age felt overwhelming at times. Now, she feels empowered to choose what aspects of her life she wishes to share.
DeSorbo and D’Amelio were first seen together in January 2025 at a Philadelphia Eagles game, sparking rumors about their relationship. Over time, they’ve grown closer, with sources indicating that their romance has been blooming.
In April, she had mentioned on “Watch What Happens Live” that she was enjoying dating, but wasn’t serious about anyone at that moment. Interestingly, she even joked about her next partner being Italian, hinting at her newfound happiness.
As for the beginning of their relationship, DeSorbo shared a candid moment where she was spotted holding hands with D’Amelio while vacationing in Italy, a sign that things were indeed getting serious.
Before her relationship with D’Amelio, DeSorbo dated Conover for three years, announcing their split on the “Giggly Squad” podcast in November 2024. She expressed that the breakup was amicable, and they both were mature in expressing their needs and goals.
“I have a lot of love and respect for Craig,” she reflected. “He’s a wonderful person, and I’ll always support him.” Meanwhile, Conover has yet to settle into a new relationship after they parted ways, albeit briefly dating someone else in between.
DeSorbo seems to be in a good place now, embracing this next chapter in her life with D’Amelio.
