Attorney General Pam Bondy has issued a memorandum shared solely with Breitbart News, which aims to prevent children from amputating in the United States through gender compensation surgery, and holds an accountable practitioner who “exploits and amputates” children.
In a memo to Department of Justice (DOJ) employees, Bondy held former President Joe Biden and the Biden Harris administrations responsible for “medicine fraud and the exploitation of children who have fallen prey to fundamental gender ideology.” Bondy pointed out how Biden “advanced” his transgender agenda by hosting transgender activist influencers like Dylan Mulbany and appointing Rachel Levine as his former health and welfare worker (HHS) assistant secretary.
Bondi has continued to focus on President Donald Trump’s comparisons and “stops” in promoting gender rearrangement surgery, particularly among children, and has issued an executive order entitled “Protecting children from chemical and surgical amputations.”
“The Biden administration is heavily responsible for the medical fraud and for exploitation of parents and children who have fallen prey to radical gender ideology,” Bondy said in a memo. “President Biden has personally advanced the agenda by hosting influencers of transgender activists like Dylan Mulbany in the White House, opposed state-level bans on gender-affirming care for minors, and threatening legal action against Medicaid and Obama care providers, and by threatening Obama care providers who cannot provide such care.
The note continued. “According to the President’s directive, I have issued the following guidance to all Department of Justice employees in order to implement strict protections and hold them accountable for preying on vulnerable children and their parents.”
Bondi continued to note that the DOJ enacted “laws prohibiting genital mutilation in women,” investigating “violations of the Food, Drug, Cosmetics Act and the False Claims Act,” and “promoting new laws protecting children.”
“The Department of Justice will not sit daze while doctors motivated by ideology, benefits, or both exploit and hurt children. Under my watch, the department is responsible for protecting our children and hurting them under the attire of care,” Bondi’s memo continued. “I have notified practitioners, hospitals and clinics. In the United States, it is a felony to perform, attempt to, or conspiracy to perform, genital mutilation (“FGM”) on a person under the age of 18.

Lowell Cauffiel of Breitbart News reported that the Trump administration has directed scientists at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to “study the dark side of gender transition.”
