Pat Beverley sued for throwing ball at Pacers fans in 2024

Former NBA guard Patrick Beverly was sued in the 2024 case, where he threw basketball to fans on the opposing team.

The incident occurred last May when Beverly was playing for the Indiana Pacers and the Milwaukee Bucks in the playoffs. Towards the end of Game 5, the Bucks were out of the playoffs as the Pacers were ahead of the series 3-2.

Beverly was eventually suspended by the NBA in four games, but never offered because he signed with Tel Aviv's professional basketball team. The 36-year-old was also recently suspended indefinitely by the team after his defeat at the Israel Championships.
