Patriots’ Robert Kraft: Anti-Israel protests ‘scaring a lot of people’

New England Patriots team owner Robert Kraft urged Americans to speak out against the hate that has occurred on college campuses across the country in recent weeks.

Kraft is preparing to run full-page ads in newspapers across the country later this week and appeared on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity” on Wednesday night.

“I think our universities have been one of our competitive advantages as a country, and I think what’s happening right now across America is scaring a lot of people,” Craft said.

“They want to know that we’re going to win this fight. And I just ask, ‘Are you good listeners who are thinking about this country and speaking up right now?’ was once a place for critical discussion and sharing different perspectives. We did not teach hate or intimidation.”

Mr. Kraft, who attended Columbia University, will place an ad in the newspaper on behalf of a foundation that fights anti-Semitism. His foundation released a Super Bowl ad this year to raise awareness about anti-Semitism and other causes.

“The reason I removed these ads is to remind good people, and they come to our foundation, that they really care and that they have to speak up instead of being silent. “I talked to (Clarence B. Jones) about that, because I want people to know the way Martin Luther King, Jr. talked about it,” he explained.

“I am the greatest beneficiary of what America has to offer. I won a full scholarship to Columbia University. I dreamed big. I went through some difficult times, but Columbia is a world And the other thing I’m privileged to do is own an NFL franchise in my hometown.
