Pepsi to Cut Role of DEI Officer After Being Pressed on ‘Woke’ Policies

Pepsi has eliminated the main role of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) as President Donald Trump's administration.

In a letter to employees, PepsiCo Chairman and CEO Ramon Ragualta said, “We are revising the DEI program as 2025 achieves the five-year strategy conclusion.” It has been reported Friday.

He added, “A significant driver of business growth is the greater opportunity to be embedded deeper into the business as a whole and will introduce new inclusions for growth strategies.”
