Peter Green Found Dead at 60

Peter Green was seen looking vibrant just weeks before his death. A photo taken on October 25 shows the “Pulp Fiction” actor smiling among fellow musicians.

In that image, he appeared happy and at ease, posing comfortably with the group.

However, this sense of joy was short-lived. Green was found dead in his New York City apartment on Friday after a neighbor requested a welfare check.

Neighbors reported hearing continuous Christmas music coming from his home in the days leading up to his passing. When a locksmith accessed his apartment, they discovered Green unresponsive on the floor.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, with some neighbors alleging that his body was found face down and with visible injuries, as reported by local sources.

Authorities indicated that there was no evidence of foul play, but the autopsy report is still pending.

Green was slated to star in a new film before this tragedy occurred, which caught many, including his manager, Greg Edwards, off guard. Just two days prior, Edwards noted they had a typical conversation that seemed entirely normal.

During that chat, Green had mentioned feeling a bit anxious about an upcoming surgery to remove a benign tumor near his lung. Edwards remarked that while Green was somewhat nervous, he reassured him it’s nothing too serious. It was just an ordinary conversation, or at least that’s how it felt at the time.

The surgery was set for Friday, the very day he was found dead. Green leaves behind a 16-year-old son, Ryder.
