PGA Tour regular season may be over, but plenty of golf in 2024 remains; here’s full schedule

Scottie Scheffler closed out the PGA Tour regular season last week by winning the Tour Championship by five strokes.

But there's still plenty of golf left.

The remainder of 2024 will see a number of notable tournaments across the LPGA, DP World Tour and LIV Golf.

Of course, the PGA Tour will have eight more tournaments as part of the Fall Series. Players not ranked in the top 50 in the 2024 FedEx Cup standings will primarily compete in these events to build their standing for 2025. Players ranked 51-60 will earn spots in the first two signature events of the season, which means a lot for players on the fringe of stardom or younger players looking to further solidify their careers.

And then there's the Presidents Cup, which returns to Royal Montreal Golf Club for the first time since 2007. Scheffler, Xander Schauffele and Collin Morikawa lead the U.S. team, while the International team also boasts a strong field. Hideki Matsuyama, Sungjae Lim and Adam Scott will be looking to win their first Presidents Cup, as the International team has not beaten the U.S. team since 1998. Former U.S. Open champion Jim Furyk will captain the U.S. team, while Canadian and 2003 Masters champion Mike Weir will lead the International team in his hometown.

Two weeks before the Presidents Cup, the Solheim Cup will also take place, with the best women's players returning to Northern Virginia for this historic tournament. The U.S. will certainly be looking for revenge, as Spain's Carlota Ciganda helped the U.S. team to a narrow victory in Andalusia last year. This year's Solheim Cup will also be the last tournament for Lexi Thompson, who has announced that she will retire from full-time competition at the end of this season.
