Photographer sues Vera Wang over Emily Ratajkowski photo: Lawsuit

Big Apple photographer back in court after three years over photos supermodel emily ratajkowski.

Queens shutterbug Edward Opinaldo claims that famed designer Vera Wang’s company posted photos of model Ratajkowski wearing the fashion company’s eyewear on social media without his permission, according to the lawsuit. He claimed to have posted it.

Opinaldo snapped a photo of the 32-year-old stunner wearing a chic black ensemble, black glasses, and a stylish black chain shoulder bag, which was soon spotted at Vera Wang on March 13, 2020. Posted on Facebook page.

Shutterbug said in court documents that the company sought to highlight its products using the hashtag #VeraWangEyewear.

Opinaldo’s original photo and a screenshot of the same photo from Vera Wang’s Facebook page are listed as exhibits in a Feb. 12 legal filing.

The photographer is seeking unspecified damages.

Opinaldo’s attorney did not return messages.

A representative for Vera Wang had no immediate comment.

In 2022, Opinaldo sued the model for copyright infringement after posting two shots of Ratajkowski on Instagram without her permission.

According to court documents, the seven-page lawsuit says Ratajkowski first became aware of the photos on her Instagram Stories in September 2019, and the case was finalized in October 2022.
