Joe noted that the rally was held near the door, where a bomb consisting of a 10 -pound dynamite was placed in a modest briefcase.
“Cuban eventually must hand over these people. The only way to achieve it is to keep them on the terrorist support state list and continue to pressure Cuba,” he says. “It's time to do it now.”
