Former President Donald Trump's net favorability rating remains better than President Joe Biden's, Morning Consult reported Tuesday. This is an unusual finding in a series of legal attacks against Trump.
This poll marks the 10th consecutive week in which President Trump's approval rating has exceeded that of Biden.
According to the survey, Trump's net favorability rating was 4 points higher than Biden's.

poll sampled The number of voters from January 4th to 6th was 1,996, with a margin of error of 2 points.
President Trump has been indicted on four separate charges since Biden became president. County Courthouse in Manhattan, New York. Federal Court in Miami, Florida. Federal court in Washington, DC. County Courthouse in Fulton County, Georgia.
“These charges total 91 charges to date. In New York there are 34 charges with a combined maximum sentence of 136 years. In Miami there are 40 counts with a maximum sentence of 450 years. In D.C. 4 cases, up to 55 years old, or death. 13 cases in Joliga state, up to 76.5 years old,'' Breitbart News' Joel Pollack calculated.
President Trump claims the charges amount to election interference. “This is strictly coordinated with Crooked Joe Biden's Justice Department. It's all about election interference!” he said in August.
In both the Georgia case and the classified documents case, prosecutors reportedly met with the White House before indicting Trump.
