Benny Larkin and his 14-year-old daughter Taylor were boating down Dora Creek in New South Wales, Australia, when they stalled and a woman in a kayak approached them. Daily Mail reported.
Mr Larkin, 33, told the outlet that his engine stopped working while he was slowing down to meet the 4-knot speed limit, but the woman in the kayak determined he had broken the speed rule. That’s what it means.
An angry Australian approached the father and daughter and, while taunting them, tried to splash them with water with an oar.
