The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle after shoving the man, but the victim was not injured, police said.

Police asked area residents to help identify the suspect before determining he was Rivera, who goes by the stage name Hector David Jr.

Authorities have yet to locate Rivera, who was scheduled to appear at Magic Valley Comic-Con this weekend.

“We just found out about this,” Comic-Con marketing director Larissa Long told KTVB. “We are currently investigating and will take appropriate action.”
