A group in Georgia is pressuring the state's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to release the results of the state's voter roll audit released over the summer.

“It is well documented that millions of illegal immigrants have flooded our country since 2021, and thousands of them have successfully registered to vote in multiple states. “Despite this, Georgia voters are still waiting to see if non-citizens are eligible to vote in our elections,” former Sen. Kelly Loeffler said now. He is the president of Greater Georgia, an organization supporting the effort, in a release obtained exclusively by Fox News Digital.

The comments come more than three months after Raffensperger announced it was conducting “SAVE audits” of noncitizens who may be registered to vote. He called it “an important step toward maintaining the security and integrity of elections in Georgia.”

“When non-citizens attempt to register to vote, we double check to ensure that they cannot vote unless they prove they are U.S. citizens,” Raffensberger said in a release at the time, adding that he also warned: Ta. Noncitizens who register to vote in the state face up to 10 years in prison and up to $100,000 in fines.

Raffensperger told NewsNation just a few weeks later that the audit was complete and boasted that he could assure the state's citizens that “only Americans vote.”

But noting that states like Virginia, Ohio and Texas have found noncitizens on their own voter rolls, Loeffler wrote a letter to Raffensperger asking him to release Georgia's audit results. .

“If state officials want voters to trust the process, they must stop delaying the transparency they have repeatedly promised,” Loeffler said. “We call on Secretary Raffensperger to immediately release the full results of the citizenship investigation and give voters the peace of mind that only the American people are deciding America's elections.”
