Exciting Preview of “Dutton Ranch” Released
A fresh look at the upcoming Yellowstone spinoff, “Dutton Ranch,” has just dropped, and it seems promising.
This new chapter in Taylor Sheridan’s neo-Western saga picks up after the original series, centering on the lives of Beth (played by Kelly Reilly) and Rip (played by Cole Hauser).
Montana is now a thing of the past. The duo heads to Texas, where they face off against fresh adversaries and problems that might require some, well, forceful solutions.
Expect Intense Action in “Dutton Ranch”
The anticipation for “Dutton Ranch” is palpable, and it’s easy to see why. Rip and Beth emerged as audience favorites in “Yellowstone.”
Now we’re diving into the next segment of their story. Based on the trailer that came out recently, viewers can expect plenty of bloodshed and shootouts.

This show appears set to carry the same energy that turned “Yellowstone” into a massive hit. Fans have probably seen the disappointing reception of CBS’s “Marshals.”
One issue “Marshals” faced is that it’s broadcast on traditional TV, unlike “Dutton Ranch,” which will stream on Paramount+. This means, quite frankly, the stakes are higher and the content can push boundaries.
On top of that, Ed Harris joins the “Yellowstone” universe. This is quite an impressive casting choice. Initially, I figured he’d play the villain in “Dutton Ranch,” but, as it turns out, he’s on the good side.
Moreover, the trailer features the intriguing line, “I felt like I saw the final gunfight.” Could this character have a background from the Vietnam War, similar to what we’ve seen with Casey Dutton?
For those eagerly awaiting, “Dutton Ranch” will be available for streaming on Paramount+ starting May 15. So, what are your initial thoughts?
