Pride intends to remain throughout the year — and you should aim to steer clear of it.

Sarah Gonzalez, host at BlazeTV, is also the vice president of the Texas Family Project, an organization that aims to shield children from what they perceive as leftist indoctrination. A significant aspect of their work involves attending various pride events across Texas.

As this year’s Pride month concluded, the organization was hoping for a short respite from participating in what they describe as “nasty pride festivals” throughout the state. However, this seems unlikely. Pride Houston 365 has asserted that “pride is not just in June anymore.”

“Yes, they’re claiming pride actually occurs all year round. So, I apologize to your eyes, and mine too,” Gonzalez remarked.

Kaden Lopez, the executive director of the Texas Family Project, has spotlighted one of Pride Houston 365’s recent “all-age” events. He described the content as so inappropriate that it required censoring. Gonzalez shared her astonishment at footage Lopez captured, stating it involved explicit behavior that felt quite uncomfortable.

Amidst young children and strollers, a woman on stage engaged in questionable acts and performed a notably inappropriate song. “It was supposed to be a kid’s zone, complete with bubbles for entertainment,” Gonzalez noted. But Lopez contrasted that with the cut of the performance he witnessed, which was awkwardly positioned right beside the stage.

He elaborated further, insisting that the budding acceptance of such events—even aimed at families—distracts from a once simpler message that began with the desire for marriage equality. “These Pride Festivals started back in the 70s with few who even marched,” added Brady Gray, president of the Texas Family Project.
