After resigning from Centebert, the 40-year-old Duke of Sussex, a young-focused charity co-founded with Prince Seesoso of Lesotho, claimed in an announcement that he was both devastated and “shocked.”

“Centeber works in South African countries in Lesotho and Botswana and provides and enables holistic care to young people, including those living with HIV/AIDS, mental health challenges. Vocational training and entrepreneurial skills. Charity's official website situation.

Meanwhile, Harry vaguely explains that he was forced to resign due to the continued uncertainty behind the locked room between the charity chair Dr. Sophie Chandauka and the council.

The Duke of Sussex also reminded the public in a joint statement with Prince Lesotho Siso that the foundation was first established “in honor of our mother.”

“To my heartfelt, we have resigned from our role as patrons of the organization until we supported and solidarized the Council, which had to do the same,” Harry and Prince Siso said in a joint statement.

“It is catastrophic that the relationship between the charity councillor and the board chair has broken down beyond repairs, creating an unacceptable situation.

“We are shocked that we have to do this, but we share all our concerns with the Charity Committee about how this came about as we have an ongoing responsibility to the beneficiaries of Sentebale,” it continued.

Harry has established a foundation to commemorate his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, translated as “I will not forget Me.”

In subsequent statements, former charity councillors, Damien West, Audrey Cugosidinti, Mark Dyer, Timothy Bouchet and Querero Lelotri, also unanimously announced their decision to step down from the board's position.

“The decision today is nothing but devastating for us all, but as a result of a loss of confidence and confidence in the board chair, we will not advance any other pathway,” they said.

Soon afterwards, Chandauka, essentially accused of being the instigator behind the ongoing “anxiety” that leads to the resignation of the charity's head, responded in her own statement, claiming that the recent departure would not threaten her.

“For me, this is not a vanity project that I can resign when I'm called to my account,” she declared, noting that she reported the councillor to the Charity Committee.

“There are people in this world who act as if they were abusing people beyond the law, play victim cards, and use the very press they diminish to hurt people who have the courage to challenge their actions.”

She went on to explain that “it arises after trying to blow whi away about poor governance, weak management management, power abuse, bullying, harassment, misogyny, women's kind issues and subsequent cover-up issues.”

Harry's sudden departure comes just months after Richard Miller, who had been Centebert's CEO for five years, resigned. Miller's departure followed the resignation of 18 director Barones Linda Chalker and 10-year veteran of charity in the role of seniors, Andrew Tucker.

Following the resignation of advertising guru Johnny Hornby last year, there has also been a major change in charities. Hornby served as trustee chair for the organization's five-year, 11 years.
