Prince William has returned to social media for the first time since Duchess Kate announced her cancer treatment.
He posted on both X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram Stories, commenting on England national football team star Rachel Daly’s retirement from international football.
“Thank you @Lionesses for so many unforgettable performances with @RachelDaly3,” he wrote in a photo he reposted from Daly’s account to the Kensington Royal account he shares with Middleton.
“Now there will be more goals for Villa!” He added that Daly plans to continue playing with Aston Villa at club level, signing with a ‘W’.

Middleton’s disappearance from public life sparked rumors and speculation even before she made the announcement.
