University Professor Doxxes ICE Agent at Event
Melina Abdullah, a professor at California State University, Los Angeles, revealed the identity of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent during a weekend event, urging attendees to “f*ck him up.”
At this gathering, which was advertised as a “summit to end the terror against the people,” Abdullah aimed to instruct participants on how to resist the Trump administration’s aggressive approach towards immigrant rights.
She noted, “The killer ICE agent, who we have good reason to believe, is right down the road at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oxnard,” and even offered to show the crowd a “picture of his pig ass.”
The agent in question, Brian Palacios, previously shot and killed Keith Porter Jr. while off duty on New Year’s Eve in 2025. Porter was celebrating by shooting a rifle into the air, at which point Palacios confronted him and ultimately fatally shot Porter. No charges have been brought against Palacios.
Abdullah stated, “You see the devil right there, fuck him up,” before giving the address of the hotel. She seemed unapologetic, saying, “So fuck him up. fuck him up. I’m sorry, I’m already on the motherfucking list.”
Dressed in a “Black Lives Matter” shirt, she also encouraged the audience to read “Blood in My Eye,” a 1972 book by George Jackson, a radical figure linked to numerous violent incidents. Jackson’s book calls for the destruction of the U.S. government and the identification of its “secret police.”
Continuing her message, Abdullah told attendees to utilize “every single tool in your toolbox.”
“Whether it be powerful-ass prayer like Mama Harriet Tubman, whether it be standing on front lines and putting your body on the line like it’s necessary in this moment, whether it be giving a dollar — all of those tools are absolutely necessary,” she elaborated. “So when I say fuck him up, and I say fuck Brian Palacios up, who may be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, I mean in many ways.”
“They don’t get to do their s*ht invisibly. They don’t get to do their dirt in the dark. Shine a light on they motherfucking ass,” Abdullah added. “There should be nowhere that they go where they are comfortable.”
Abdullah is regarded by the university as an expert on race, gender, class, and social movements, and a “womanist scholar-activist” who connects academia with the struggle for the liberation of oppressed communities.
The event also featured speakers associated with the Party for Socialism and Liberation, one of whom was previously charged in connection with a violent incident involving Israeli Embassy staff in 2025.
ICE agents have faced significant instances of doxxing as hostilities between protesters and law enforcement continue. Cal State LA did not respond to requests for comments regarding the event.
