Putin Offers ‘Practical Cooperation,’ ‘Friendly’ Relations to Syria’s Jihadi Junta

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a message to Syrian “interim president” Ahmed al-Sharaa on Thursday, providing “practical cooperation” and “friendly” relationships to “stabilise the state as quickly as possible.”
