Rays Halt New Stadium Plans To Deepen Their Dilemma … Could We Now Be Looking At A Relocation To Vegas?

The Tampa Bay Rays have canceled plans to build a new ballpark in St. Petersburg, claiming Pinellas County is not planning to build one. Secure public bonds in October.
