Reality Star Sara Black Dies Following Hit and Run Incident

Sara Black, a well-known reality star and opulent real estate agent, has tragically passed away at the age of 40 after being involved in a hit-and-run incident. Black, who gained fame from Netflix’s shows “Million Dollar Beach House” and “The Sale of Hampton,” was struck on June 19 while on Montauk Highway near Villa Paul Restaurant. She was found unconscious and subsequently taken to Stony Brook University Hospital.

Authorities are actively searching for the drivers involved in the incident.

A close family friend, also a real estate agent at Nest Seekers International, recounted being with Black’s family at the hospital before her untimely death. It appears she suffered a cardiac arrest at the scene but was revived and placed on life support. Unfortunately, her injuries included severe brain damage, fractures, and various brain hemorrhages.

“She was truly a wonderful person… incredibly dedicated. Real estate was her passion for many years,” the friend remarked, noting their collaboration at Nest Seekers International prior to Black’s devastating accident.

Outside of her professional life, Black was known for her philanthropic efforts, often participating in fundraising events in New York City, aiming to support numerous causes. She was remembered fondly by friends and colleagues, with one stating, “She was loved by many; she had a big heart.”

In 2020, Black shared her journey in real estate with Hamptons.com, expressing her long-standing interest in the field. “Having worked in my family’s commercial construction materials sales business for years, I was drawn to real estate projects. Managing my summer home solidified my desire to become a broker,” she said. Her enthusiasm for real estate was clear, as she spent significant time in the Hamptons, which ultimately led her to pursue a successful career there.

The loss of Sara Black highlights the fragility of life and the impact one individual can have on many. Friends and family are left grieving, remembering her not just as a real estate agent, but as a person who brought joy to those around her.
