The U.S. Army has identified more than 60 female soldiers of black hawk helicopter, who collided with an American flight this week.
Colonel Rebecca M. Robach in Dallam, North Carolina has been assigned to the 12th Air Battalion of Fort Berboa, Virginia, which has been serving in July 2019.
The Army initially refused to identify Robach at the request of her family.
According to the statement, the decision to publish her name was “in cooperation with family.”
“We are devastated by the loss of beloved Rebecca. She was a bright star in our lives,” said her family in a statement published by the Army. “Rebecca was a warrior, and he did not he did to protect her country in battle.”
This is a developing story.
