Records of 8 Unauthorized Immigrants Whose Deportations are Stopped by Biden Judge

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has disclosed extensive rap sheets for eight foreign nationals who were deported to South Sudan this week. However, a federal judge appointed by President Biden has put a halt to their deportation.

These eight individuals were sent back to South Sudan, partly because their home country wouldn’t take them back. Among them, one is actually from South Sudan. After their deportation, Judge Brian Murphy, who was appointed to the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts by Biden, found that DHS had breached a previous injunction and is now requiring “reliable terror interviews” for each of these individuals.

These rap sheets are alarming, featuring some very serious crimes such as murder, rape, and sexual offenses against children.

“Today, DHS made public the rap sheets of these individuals, all of whom have final deportation orders, yet the U.S. government is actively trying to carry out their deportation.”

It’s crucial for Americans to be aware of the grave offenses committed by these individuals, who are being protected by this activist judge. As he appears to ignore the rights of victims, this federal judge seems intent on prolonging their stay and leaving taxpayers to cover the costs of detaining them abroad. It’s quite baffling.
