The convenience of Proofr is significant—it simplifies the documentation process by letting users conduct only eight scans to generate comprehensive pre- and post-rental reports in minutes. Though the app is free, a Pro subscription is required for full features, with options priced at $2.89 per week, $9.90 per month, or $89.90 per year, adjusted according to local currency rates in the U.S.

Proofr isn’t alone in this market. Ravin AI, initially collaborating with Avis and Hertz, has shifted its focus toward insurance firms and car dealerships. They offer free demos on their website, where users can assess vehicle damage before and after rentals.
