Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) is arguing that Vice President Kamala Harris should use the 25th Amendment to the Constitution to declare President Joe Biden unable to serve.
Roy submitted The resolution on the issue was adopted Friday following Biden’s disastrous performance in Thursday night’s debate with former President Donald Trump.
The document stated:
I call on Vice President Kamala D. Harris to convene and mobilize key members of the Executive Branch of the Cabinet, invoke Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution, declare that President Joseph R. Biden is unable to discharge his duties, and immediately exercise his powers as Acting President.
“Mr. Biden has repeatedly and publicly demonstrated his inability to carry out the powers and duties of the Presidency, particularly those of Commander in Chief,” the resolution continues.

During the interview The Glenn Beck ShowRoy Said The Democrats have used Biden as a puppet to push their own radical policies.
“They realized Trump could win and the game was up. They were hoping to keep their Manchu candidate in place. They panicked,” he said, adding that by forcing Biden into a debate, “now they had the ammunition they needed to shove him aside” and install someone to replace him.
“I think this is part of an attempt to use someone they can pitch and pass on, maybe Gretchen Whitmer or someone else, to outflank Kamala and rally them together to defeat President Trump,” Roy added.
“I think we have an obligation to uphold the Constitution. Harris is incompetent,” Roy said, saying Republicans should force Democrats to choose whether to support Harris.
“I still think we have an obligation right now… He shouldn’t be commander in chief right now.”

In February, Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Texas), a former White House physician, said that special counsel Robert Hur’s report describing Biden as “an old man with a failing memory” confirmed Biden’s deteriorating mental health. Jackson then said authorities should consider invoking the 25th Amendment, Breitbart News reported.
“The 25th Amendment would provide a way to do this even if the president doesn’t want to. If a majority of the Cabinet and the vice president tell the president pro tempore of the Senate and the speaker of the House that this man is cognitively impaired, they could remove the president with a two-thirds vote in the Senate and the House of Representatives,” he said.
“A Joe Biden victory likely means Kamala Harris will ultimately become president,” CNN political commentator Van Jones said after Biden’s debate performance, according to Breitbart News.
