Marjorie Taylor Greene Calls for Sweeping Reforms

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican from Georgia, has recently voiced strong opinions on various issues, advocating for the elimination of property taxes and labeling health insurance as a significant “fraud.”

In a recent post, she insisted, “We need to completely abolish property taxes. It essentially means the government is charging ‘rent’ on properties we already own. If we fail to pay for our own property, the government can take it away. This situation should never exist in a nation that values freedom.”

Greene further expressed her frustration regarding health insurance, stating, “It’s essentially a huge scam that has gotten out of control in terms of affordability. It just doesn’t make sense—everyone feels it, I think.”

She emphasized the urgency of addressing these matters, asserting, “These are the primary issues we face in America, and we should approach them as if our homes were literally on fire. ‘America only!'”

In addition to her calls for tax reform, Greene has expressed hopes that the U.S. will cease all foreign aid. She described the current state of Congress as “ridiculous,” implying that lawmakers need to break free from what she views as an endless cycle of ineffective governance.

Earlier, Greene had also made headlines for ruling out a potential governor run in 2026 for Georgia, leaving many to speculate on her future political plans.
