On Wednesday, authorities shot and killed an armed teenager outside a middle school in Wisconsin, the Daily Wire reported.
Police shot and killed an unidentified 14-year-old outside Mount Horeb Middle School. The boy was reportedly armed with what appeared to be a long gun. The young assailant was unable to enter the school grounds and no other injuries were reported. according to On the Daily Wire. Authorities also called in bomb technicians to inspect the vehicle the boy drove to school for possible explosives as a precaution.
The Mount Horeb Area School District released a statement saying the incident occurred outside the school building.

“Due to the security measures taken by the school, the shooter was never able to enter the building,” said Mount Horeb Village President Ryan Czesewski and Mount Horeb Chamber of Commerce President Kara Brandemuhle. Democratic Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers expressed relief and gratitude for the quick actions of first responders.
