Top House Republicans this week subpoenaed Biden’s business records related to Devon Archer, a business associate of Hunter Biden.
The record is related to ‘.alix partners”, a group that apparently has documents related to Biden’s business.
AlixPartners is a global advisory firm under the leadership of Simon Freakley. offered Former President Donald Trump’s children receive counseling on his victory day in 2016.

In a transcript of an interview Archer conducted with investigators in July 2023, he said AlixPartners had documents of interest to House investigators.

Investigator: Do you have any text messages or emails with Burisma associates, Hunter Biden, or other Biden associates?
Archer: No.
Investigator: Where are they?
Archer: They’ll be easy to find in my case.
Investigator: What about your association with Rosemont Seneca Partners? Is all your material — all material related to Rosemont —?
Archer: Yeah, I don’t have — like, in terms of documents, I don’t have any — I don’t have — I don’t have much email.
Investigator: Is there anything —
Archer: I don’t have a computer.
Investigator: Excuse me?
Archer: I don’t have a computer.
Investigator: As far as you know at this time, does anyone have your documents?
Archer: Alix Partners.
Investigator: What documents do they have?
Archer’s lawyer: sorry. They are maintained through lawyers. That’s us.
Investigator: So, the documents are in hand. Boys Schiller is—
Archer’s lawyer: There are some documents. I’m not saying I’ll answer your specific question. There are some documents.

Archer is widely known for testifying to the impeachment inquiry that Hunter put Joe Biden on speakerphone multiple times with business associates.

Archer’s family remains involved in investments made during Vice President Joe Biden’s tenure. His wife still owns a stake in BHR Partners, a Chinese investment fund that manages billions of dollars around the world. Mr. Hunter’s lawyer, Kevin Morris, also manages shares in Mr. Hunter’s fund.
Archer will likely serve a prison sentence. In January, the Supreme Court turned away Archer sued for his role in defrauding the corporate sector of a Native American tribe.
