Jordon Hudson participated in the Miss Maine America pageant this past Sunday, with her boyfriend, Bill Belichick, reportedly in the audience. The 24-year-old from Hancock excelled during the competition, securing a spot as one of the top 10 finalists on Saturday. She even took home the award for “style” and made it to the final five by Sunday.
During the interview segment, Hudson appeared to address her critics while discussing a recent CBS interview incident. When asked about her feelings going into the event, she expressed a sense of pride, stating, “I feel a huge amount of pride right now. I hope anyone who sees this will find the power to push through what they are going through and to embody what they are going through and to embody what they hate.”
Reflecting on a moment she would love to revisit, Hudson mentioned her family’s fishing boat, indicating a deep connection to her roots.
She also vocalized her commitment to the fishing community in Maine, saying, “As your next Miss Maine America, I insist on going to the community… I will go to the government and defend these people so that they don’t have to think of these people as moments of the past.” She thanked President Trump and Senator Susan Collins for their efforts to renegotiate funding for the Maine Sea Grant, highlighting her dedication to local issues.
In another report, journalist Pablo Torre mentioned being barred from North Carolina’s athletic facilities, which the school later denied. They clarified that while Hudson is not affiliated with the college or its athletics, she continues to manage activities related to Belichick’s personal brand.
