RFK Jr. offers Biden wacky ‘no spoiler’ deal in desperate bid to battle Trump for White House

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Wednesday provoked President Biden with a teasing joke that the one with the least chance of defeating Donald Trump would withdraw from the race in October. They offered a “no spoilers” agreement.
