Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has met the necessary qualifications to appear on the ballot for the first state election in 2024.

Utah election officials announced that Kennedy Jr. meets the requirements to appear on the state's 2024 election ballot. One of the conditions was that it had to receive at least 1,000 signatures by March 5th.th.
Kennedy Jr. originally announced his candidacy for the Democratic presidential nomination in April 2023, but after the DNC refused to host a primary debate, he changed his campaign tactics to run as an independent in October 2023.
a fox news The poll and other polls conducted just before Christmas revealed that a significant number of voters are choosing to support either Biden or Trump over Kennedy Jr.
According to the poll, Mr Trump's approval rating was 41%, Mr Biden 37% and Mr Kennedy 14%.
Independent candidate Cornel West got 2% and Green Party candidate Jill Stein got 3%.
Although state laws governing voting access vary, Kennedy's supporters have pledged to invest millions of dollars to ensure he is included on the ballot in as many states as possible.
Following the announcement, Kennedy Jr. posted a statement on Twitter, thanking Utah's ground team and volunteers.
“Thank you to all the Utah ground teams and volunteers who accomplished the incredible feat of collecting thousands of signatures in just one week to get me on the ballot in Utah!” he wrote. Ta. “Today is a big milestone for the campaign. #Kennedy24”
