RFK Rips Democrats for ‘Installing’ War Candidate Kamala Harris

Democrat-turned-independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Friday endorsed President Donald Trump for president and blasted his former party for undemocratic tactics in nominating Kamala Harris.

He said the Democratic National Committee “elected a candidate who was deeply unpopular with voters and who dropped out in 2020 without winning a single delegate.”

The party did so after “a fake primary election that was rigged to prevent a serious challenge to President Biden,” he said.

Democrats prevented Kennedy from competing on a level playing field within their party, then sued him in many states to remove him from the election, disguising his claim that he was campaigning to protect democracy.

“Instead of showcasing her true character and character, the DNC and its media have created a false surge in Vice President Harris’ popularity without any basis in fact,” Kennedy said at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago this week.

“When you have Trump to hate, who do you need policies for?” Kennedy said, stating that Democrats had held a convention focused on attacking former President Donald Trump and barely any policy content.
He also pointed out the absurdity of having a candidate who refuses to take part in debates or give interviews to the media. While President Joe Biden mocked Russian President Vladimir Putin for winning the election with 88% of the vote, he said the Democratic Party and “mainstream media networks aligned with the Democratic National Committee” are acting in the same way.

He said the Democratic Party, which once supported democracy, had become its enemy. “In the name of protecting democracy, the Democratic Party tried to dismantle democracy,” he said.

“They did it by weaponizing the institutions of government. They did it by weaponizing the institutions of government. They did it by suing the opposition and disenfranchising voters.”

Kennedy then said the three issues that motivated him to run for president were freedom of speech, children’s health and the war in Ukraine, and that Harris’ speech at the Democratic convention convinced him she would continue the war in Ukraine, while former President Trump had promised to negotiate an end to it.

“Judging [Harris’s] We can infer from her combative, pugnacious speech in Chicago last night that “President Harris” will be an enthusiastic supporter of this and other neocon military adventures. (Harris boasted at the convention, “I helped rally a global response of more than 50 countries to defend against Putin’s aggression, and as President, I will stand firm with Ukraine and our NATO allies.”)

Kennedy said Trump has given him the opportunity to work in his administration to solve the problems facing American public health and nutrition and bring science back to a regulatory process dominated by the pharmaceutical industry. Despite the political and personal challenges he faces in supporting Trump, he said he feels compelled to do all he can to save the lives of American children.

Kennedy explained that he would remain on the ballot in “blue” and “red” states, but would withdraw from 10 “battleground states” where remaining on the ballot would make him a “disruptor” and give Kamala Harris the win.

Democrats treated Kennedy extremely badly: they censored his free speech on social media, smeared him as an anti-Semite, denied him Secret Service protection despite threats, and forced his family to publicly denounce him.
