Rhode Island Father Claims Bigfoot Sighting
A father from Rhode Island recently left his remote cabin in Connecticut after celebrating Independence Day and shared a rather extraordinary encounter. He claims to have seen Bigfoot and even answered a few lingering questions about this mythical creature, notably confirming it lacks breasts.
Local media reported that Kevin Klimas was driving home from a weekend getaway in Voluntown when he spotted something large and hairy cross the road, causing him to freeze in his tracks.
Klimas is adamant it wasn’t a bear that crossed in front of him. He describes the creature as about eight and a half feet tall, walking on two legs and covered in matted, greasy brown fur.
The creature also had no visible genitals or other anatomical features that would suggest gender, according to the report.
“There were no boobs,” Klimas told the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization, which has been investigating Sasquatch sightings since 1995.
This inquiry taps into long-standing debates about the anatomy of such creatures, referencing the iconic 1967 film shot by Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin, which depicts a Sasquatch with a substantial furry chest.
“If the female is that big, I don’t want to see the male,” he quipped.
Klimas further noted that the creature’s legs appeared shorter than its torso, its arms hanging below its knees, and its wingspan extending 8 to 9 feet when fully outstretched.
He also described the creature as having a cone-shaped head, minimal facial hair, and walking in a distinctly human-like manner. In just two strides, it crossed the road and vanished into the wilderness, he noted.
The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization deemed Klimas’ sighting credible. Mike Young, an investigator with the organization, classified the report as “Class A,” suggesting he genuinely witnessed this enigmatic being.
Interestingly, Klimas’ description aligns with that of another witness, a man and his aunt, who reported seeing a similar Sasquatch in October 2019, not far from Klimas’ encounter. “The explanation is pretty much the same,” Young remarked.
