Robert Kraft and the Patriots just surrendered to the DEI mafia

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has been conquered. The Defense Elite Ignorance Mafia (DEI) forced a billionaire to hire a soccer coach whose beliefs contradicted his own.

That's the point of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is a system designed to eradicate the last remnants of Christian values from the American workforce. This is a system specifically designed to bend white men to Marxist ideology in the name of progress.

Mr. Kraft took a knee Wednesday.

Kraft and the New England Patriots have replaced legendary coach Bill Belichick. The organization promoted linebackers coach Jerod Mayo, a former Patriots first-round draft pick, to the job.

In today's world, this is a glorious achievement for old, powerful white men. An 82-year-old entrepreneur gave away his most valuable asset to a 37-year-old black man, proving (for now) that Robert Kraft is not a racist.

I sincerely wish Mayo every success. But I don't blame anyone for having doubts. Mayo and his boss see the world very differently, which is usually a bad sign for long-term success.

Prominent soccer coaches have proudly stated that they consider race because it is their purpose in life to be aware of racism. This is madness.

Kraft is a proponent of a color-blind approach to promoting fairness and a meritocratic work environment. His new coach isn't.

On Wednesday, the media naturally focused on Mayo's alleged “history” of becoming the New England Patriots' first black head coach. A reporter asked Kraft what it meant to hire a black coach. He said:

Let me just say this. I'm really colorblind. I know how you feel when you lose on Sunday. The only thing I can say is that my passion, after my family, is the New England Patriots. There are other things that are close but winning with the Patriots is my passion. We want to get the best talent possible. I have chosen the best head coach for this organization. He happens to be a person of color. But I chose him because I believe he is the best person for the job.

Mayo followed Kraft's example and came up with a completely different answer.

appreciate [Robert Kraft] And the organization selected me to be the black head coach.what do you think it is [Kraft] As I mentioned earlier, it happened in the locker room. I want my locker room to be diverse and I want the world to be the same. However, what I am trying to say is that I see color because I believe that if you don't see color, you can't see racism.

Kraft did not hire Mayo to be a “black head coach.” Kraft hired him to coach the Patriots and build a winning culture.

The Patriots owner believes in a color-blind approach. He hired a coach who saw facing racism as part of his purpose in life. That is not the purpose of a mature and healthy life. We prioritize seeing color so that we can justify and enforce discrimination.

This is the point of identity politics. That is a justification for discrimination.

Patriots owner promotes colorblindness and meritocracy. Head coaches don't do that. The group's Twitter feed promoted Mayo's worldview and ignored Kraft's. The owner and head coach have been at odds since day one.

Kraft would not dare to correct Mayo. Kraft has been led to believe that his worldview doesn't need to be reflected in the leaders he chooses to run his football team.

Who owns and operates a business and doesn't want leadership that reflects their values and beliefs? Wimps.

No one in the media will have a legitimate opportunity to challenge Mayo's distorted approach to race. Most in the media are either too afraid or share Mayo's Marxist-influenced views.

For 100 years, black people have begged white Americans to be colorblind. We all knew that bigots prioritize looking at race to know which groups to discriminate against.

Prominent soccer coaches now proudly state that they consider race because it is their purpose in life to be aware of racism. This is madness.

Kraft is ashamed of his beliefs. He cannot muster the courage to stand up for the values that allowed America to overcome slavery, Jim Crow, racism, and blatant injustice.

He was conquered.
