ROOKE: Trump Trial Judge Is Doing Everything In His Power To Confuse The Jury To Ensure Conviction

Judge Juan Marchan is taking unprecedented steps to confuse the jury in the New York trial of former President Donald Trump and ensure the outcome the left wants: Trump’s conviction.

It’s clearer than ever that Trump’s trial over alleged hush money payments to Stormy Daniels is not a matter of justice, but political vendetta.

Professor of Law Jonathan Turley Said The trial and jury instructions amounted to a “Manhattan can hunt.”

“The instructions in this case raise concerns that the deliberations could become a legalized version of a canned hunt, where prey is locked in a cage or a fenced-off area is used to kill someone. Elements of the instructions are disturbing because they downplay what is necessary to convict a former president,” Turley said.

The judge did not allow the jurors to have written instructions in the deliberation room, which is highly unusual. Also take into account the fact that the judge divided the jury into groups and instructed them that they did not have to agree on the charges in order to obtain a guilty verdict.

Marchant also omitted facts that prove no federal election violations occurred, including that the payments and discussions took place in 2017, when Trump was already in the White House. Luke: The Left’s Crazy Hatred for America Reaches Its Peak Just Before Memorial Day

It is clear that Marchand has created a no-win scenario for Trump, where acquittal is impossible. The left wants a conviction, and Marchand is creating a fantasy criminal theory to get them a conviction. This is not due process of law. Mao would be proud of Marchand’s work.
