“With crime in Arizona at an all-time high, the Arizona Secretary of State’s office has the resources to send multiple agents across the country to raid Normandy-like 80th birthday parties. I thought it was a good use of the money,” said Caroline Wren. A top Republican consultant who hosted a birthday party at her home.

Ted Goodman, a political adviser to Mr. Giuliani, echoed similar sentiments.

“It’s unfortunate that they chose to invade this man’s 80th birthday celebration and surprise his guests,” Goodman told the Post.

“Maybe we could have shown a little more respect for the men who comforted the nation after September 11th and stood up for law enforcement and the men and women in blue.”

Mr. Giuliani was the last of 18 defendants to be indicted in the case, which was returned by an Arizona grand jury last month. the official said.

Prosecutors in Arizona had been searching for Mr. Giuliani in recent weeks but were unable to locate him until Friday night. CNN reported Early this week.

“The people of Arizona and the United States elected Joseph Biden as President on November 3, 2020,” the indictment states. “Unwilling to accept this fact, the defendant and his unindicted co-conspirators are attempting to keep the unindicted co-conspirator 1 in office, against the will of Arizona voters, by delegating the lawful transfer of the presidency. I planned to prevent it.”
