Ukraine blasts hole in second Russian bridge
The Ukrainian Air Force said it had struck a second bridge in Russia’s Kursk region.
Footage posted on the commander’s Telegram channel showed the attack on a bridge over the Seim River in Zvanoye, Kursk Oblast.
This is the same river where another key bridge was destroyed in a Ukrainian military attack earlier this week.
Ukraine’s destruction of infrastructure in the region is believed to be an attempt to disrupt Russian supply lines and reinforcements.
Air Force commander Lieutenant General Mykola Oleschuk wrote: “Another bridge lost! Air Force aviation continues to disrupt the enemy’s logistical capabilities with precise air strikes, significantly affecting the course of the battle.”
