Sanctuary Massachusetts Repeatedly Shielded Illegal Alien Accused of Sexually Abusing Children from Deportation

Illegal aliens accused of child sexual abuse have repeatedly avoided deportation from the United States thanks to Massachusetts’ sanctuary policy.

33 years old illegal alien The man from Guatemala is one of millions of “fugitives” who have successfully crossed the U.S.-Mexico border on an unknown date or time. On March 30, 2022, an illegal alien was arrested in Lynn, Massachusetts on charges of assault, battery, and strangulation.

Two days later, the illegal alien was charged with recklessly endangering a child. On February 14, 2023, the Lynn District Court dismissed all charges against him.

Then, on June 26, 2023, the illegal alien was indicted in East Boston District Court on charges of mandatory insurance violation, identification violation, and forgery. The charges against him were dropped the same day.

On November 8, 2023, Lynn District Court was charged with three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age, two counts of assault and battery on a child with injury, assault with intent to rape a child, and menacing. Illegal aliens were prosecuted. . He was charged again on November 15, 2023, with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.

The illegal alien was charged in the Essex High Court on February 26, 2024, with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, two counts of child rape and nine counts of witness intimidation.

The next day, all charges at the illegal alien’s Superior Court arraignment were dismissed. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said they filed a complaint for detention against an illegal alien on November 20, 2023.

A Massachusetts court released the illegal alien into society instead of turning him over to ICE agents.

On March 28, 2024, ICE agents arrested an illegal alien outside of Lin’s residence. He is currently in ICE custody awaiting deportation from the United States.
