The sanctuary state of Rhode Island has released from prison an illegal alien “fugitive” who was charged with child sexual abuse in Providence.
37-year-old illegal alien from the Dominican Republic entered At an unknown date, he became one of the millions of fugitives who successfully crossed the border illegally.

In November 2023, the illegal alien was arrested and charged in Providence with two counts of first-degree child sexual abuse, one count of second-degree child sexual abuse, and one count of first-degree sexual assault.
Within two weeks, the illegal alien was granted bail, after which the Rhode Island Department of Corrections released him into society.
Rhode Island has a strict sanctuary policy enacted in 2014 that requires law enforcement agencies not to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
In April, ICE agents arrested an illegal alien in Providence. He remains in ICE custody pending deportation from the United States.
