With about two weeks until Election Day, the Senate Majority PAC is launching millions of new digital and radio ads in Texas against Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas). announced that it would be purchased.

There are exceptions if the mother's life is in danger, in which case an abortion may be performed. But critics say there is little clarity on what constitutes a medical emergency under Texas law.
The state has no exceptions for rape and incest and is often supported by Republicans.
Former President Trump has advocated keeping the issue at the state level, and Republicans generally support his stance. In a recent interview, Cruz said abortion policy should be decided by each state.
The NDP, on the other hand, plans to turn Roe v. Wade into law if it is granted the presidency and a majority in Congress.

Cruz's campaign did not immediately comment to Fox News Digital.
