Scott Disick has revealed that before he slimmed down with the help of weight-loss drugs, he would eat an entire bag of Hawaiian rolls and drink 20 glasses of ginger ale.
During Thursday’s episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Khloe Kardashian gushed about how “amazing” Disick, 41, looks, but suggested he “stop losing weight.”
The Talentless founder said she hopes to shed a few more pounds, but explained that her lifestyle has changed dramatically since she began her weight loss journey.
“Honestly, I had no idea how bad it was,” he said.
Disick told Kardashian and Kris Jenner that he “hits a box full” of Hawaiian rolls every night.
“I love them,” he said, “but I didn’t know what I was doing.”
The father of three also didn’t realize that ginger ale was “the same as soda.”
“It just seemed like a calming drink,” he explained, noting that he’d been drinking cans of ginger ale “all day.”
“I was consuming 20 servings of lean fruit a day,” he revealed, to Kardashian’s surprise.
But Disick has since changed his tack: Last month, during an episode of the hit Hulu show, he gave Jenner and Kardashian a glimpse into his healthy lifestyle, including what’s in his fridge.
His shelves were filled with sauces, low-calorie drinks, fruit almond milk and the weight-loss drug Munjaro.
“Wow, that’s so healthy!” Kardashian exclaimed.
The episode then cut to an old scene of the Good American founder peering into Disick’s refrigerator, which was stocked with ginger ale, juice, and energy drinks.
“You’ve been living a very luxurious life lately,” she said, to which he replied, “My back has caused me to gain a lot of weight.”

Disick was in a horrific car accident in 2022 that left him with severe back injuries, rendering him unable to exercise and subsequently experiencing significant weight gain.
At the time, Kardashian said Disick looked “the unhealthiest he’s ever been.”
But after years of being in a “bad spot,” Disick turned to celebrity weight-loss drugs.
He has never spoken publicly about the medication, but a source told the Daily Mail in April that he had stopped taking it after fans became concerned about his frail appearance.
“He thought he looked better because he’d lost weight again, but didn’t realise it wasn’t healthy,” the source said.
The reality TV star has reportedly sought the help of a nutritionist to manage the transition due to his difficult history with food.
