House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-ny), said on Wednesday that the Supreme Court should “actively” implement an order against the Trump administration on CNN’s “politics.”
Host Dana Bash said, “I want to look at the administration and the judicial branch of the US government. The Trump administration is now finding ways to ignore the courts in several ways. One refuses to revive Kilmer Abrego Garcia. Are we there?”
“We’re in a complete crisis, right? I mean, it’s obvious that everyone will see. This is not normal. The president attacks the economy, attacks social security, attacks America’s way of life, attacks democracy, assaults our democracy. This is not normal. That judicial order calls for conflict with the courts.
