Justin Combs faces serious allegations of persuading a woman from Louisiana to come to Los Angeles, where she claims she was raped by her father, Sean “Diddy” Combs, along with two other masked men.
The six-page lawsuit states that in April 2017, Justin allegedly coaxed an unnamed woman to travel to California under the pretense of a job opportunity in the entertainment field.
The woman asserts that she was held at a Beverly Hills residence for several days and eventually assaulted by multiple men, including Diddy, the founder of Bad Boy Records.
According to the lawsuit, the woman met Justin on Snapchat and mentioned that he requested explicit photos, to which she consented.
It’s claimed that Justin invited her to California for the weekend to discuss her career, promising that he could leverage Diddy’s connections for job opportunities.
Upon her arrival in Los Angeles, a driver greeted her and took her to the home where she reportedly spent her first night with Justin.
The lawsuit details that the woman and Justin were communicating casually, yet he reportedly insisted they remain indoors when she inquired about leaving.
Later, it’s claimed he offered her alcohol and pills, which she believed to be altered substances.
After consuming the substances, she stated that three masked individuals entered the house, one of whom she recognized by demeanor and referred to as “pop,” which Justin had said.
The accusations continue, mentioning that the woman was later taken to a bedroom where she was allegedly told, “I should have woken this up.”
She alleges that each man took turns assaulting her during what she describes as a brutal gang rape over a weekend.
The woman reported being taken to the airport that following Monday.
In response, Diddy’s lawyer has denied these allegations, highlighting that despite the number of lawsuits filed, there are no credible accusations of sexual assault or trafficking against him.
The lawyer emphasized the importance of a fair judicial process in determining the truth and expressed confidence that Diddy would prevail in court.
Diddy’s representative, currently embroiled in a separate sex trafficking trial, was not immediately reachable for comments.
