Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs and his former bodyguard drugged, bound and violently raped a woman in 2001 — a brutal act that Sean filmed and showed to friends, according to a shocking new lawsuit.
In court documents filed Tuesday, Thalia Graves accused Combs and his former bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, of “brutally raping” her inside his Bad Boy Records studio in Manhattan.
According to the lawsuit, the two men lured Graves, who was 25 at the time and was dating one of Combs' employees, into the studio and gave her a drink that was “possibly laced with drugs,” causing her to temporarily lose consciousness.

Graves woke up to find herself “bound and restrained” by Combs and Sherman, who ignored her cries for help and “ruthlessly” raped her, court documents state.
According to the lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court, Graves, who now lives in Texas, did not report the vile attack to police because she feared Combs would use his power as a kingmaker in the hip-hop industry to “ruin her life.”
But the lawsuit says that shortly after Combs was arrested on Sept. 16 on federal fraud and sex trafficking charges, she decided to go public with her allegations.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges that he was the ruthless head of a criminal empire that spanned decades, abusing women and forcing them to have sex with male prostitutes he called “freak-offs.”
A spokesman for Combs did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday afternoon.
