Sean “Diddy” Combs may be in legal trouble, but that didn’t stop him from enjoying a weekend of whitewater rafting in Wyoming.
The rapper, who was hit with a new lawsuit Wednesday from a former porn star alleging he solicited sex trafficking, was spotted paddling through rough waters during a rafting trip outside Jackson Hole, Wyoming, on Saturday.
According to a Fox News Digital source, Combs was spotted whitewater rafting on the Snake River, known for its Class 2 and 3 rapids. The spot is a popular destination for celebrities, including presidents, celebrities, and athletes. In the past, former President Bill Clinton, Rihanna, Brett Favre, and Peyton Manning have all been spotted there.
The source noted that Didi likely rented a private raft, as there are usually six to eight people on a boat, rather than the four people, including Didi and a guide, shown in photos obtained by Fox News Digital.

Diddy allegedly forced former student Kim Porter to take ecstasy during sexual assault, according to a new lawsuit
The 54-year-old is facing legal trouble just over a month after a video surfaced of him allegedly beating his then-girlfriend in a Los Angeles hotel room in 2016.
Neama Lahamani, president of West Coast Trial Lawyers, told Fox News Digital that Combs’ rafting trip will not be admissible as evidence in court, but it doesn’t paint a good picture for the defendant.
“Didi’s rafting looks bad, but it doesn’t affect the case because it’s not admissible as evidence,” Rahmani said. “It’s bad publicity more than anything. Didi has lost badly in the court of public opinion.”

Rahamami added that Combs is reportedly putting his Los Angeles mansion up for sale “may be a sign of his need for funds to pay his mounting legal costs, which are just the beginning. If Diddy is indicted, he’s likely to spend millions on his defense.”

Adria English alleged in Wednesday’s lawsuit that when she was first hired by Combs in 2004, she was “required” to take drugs that were provided to guests at Combs’ annual “White Party.” English alleged that Combs “laced ecstasy into her booze” and gave her strict instructions about which bottles to drink from.
English alleges she was sex trafficked by Combs, Tamika Thomas and Jacob “Jeweler Jacob” Arabov between 2004 and 2009. The petition is the 10th lawsuit filed against the music mogul since last November.

Combs’ lawyers have denied all the allegations, telling Fox News Digital on Wednesday that “no matter how many lawsuits are filed, the fact remains that Combs has never committed sexual assault or sex trafficking.”
“We live in a world where anyone can sue for any reason, without any evidence. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial judicial process to find the truth, and we are confident that Mr. Combs will prevail in court against these and other baseless claims,” Combs’ attorney, Jonathan Davis, said.
Hotel security footage was released in May of Combs allegedly beating his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in 2016. The rapper later apologized for the footage, saying he was “disgusted” by it and that he had hit “rock bottom” but “made no excuses.”

He also faces numerous lawsuits related to sexual misconduct, settling a lawsuit last year in which Ventura accused him of rape before the surveillance video came to light.
Los Angeles based lawyer Kamron Daulatshahi Lawyers from the law firm Mills Sadat Daulat told Fox News Digital that while there’s nothing wrong with a rafting trip, the 54-year-old should avoid partying.
“I don’t think rafting is a bad image. He’s not a party guy, but he did attend the Neon Carnival party at Coachella during the investigation,” Daulatshahi said. “My advice would be to stay out of the partying and present yourself as wholesome as possible. Stay out of the limelight. If he faces criminal and civil charges, he’ll want to sell as many assets as possible to avoid seizure. He may have even moved some funds into offshore accounts to protect himself.”
Attorney Tre Lovell of The Lovell Firm, PC agreed.
“I don’t think rafting changes anything or necessarily makes him look bad,” Lovell told Fox News Digital. “Overall, he should keep a low profile and deal with whatever legal troubles arise. My advice would be to not speak to the press or anyone else about the allegations in the lawsuit, continue his PR efforts to restore his tarnished reputation, avoid contact with potential witnesses or parties in the litigation, and maintain as clean and professional an image as possible. With authorities and potential jurors watching, how he behaves and acts will be very important.”

He added that the sale of his home “may be an indication that he is in financial difficulties. He has reportedly been forced to step back from active involvement in several companies and a number of partners and associates have abandoned his business, which is undoubtedly affecting his earnings.”
“Furthermore, given all these civil lawsuits and the likely inevitable criminal charges, his legal fees will undoubtedly increase significantly,” Lovell said.
