Threat Against Melania Trump and Barron Trump
In a troubling video from Iran, the Islamic regime’s supporters are urged to assist in assassinating Melania Trump and her son, Barron Trump, who is 20 years old.
A member of the Revolutionary Guards shared an AI-generated video titled “Where to Kill Melania?!” This video pinpoints locations that Melania frequents, allegedly inviting potential attackers to exploit this information.
“Melania’s obsession with fashion has become her greatest weakness,” states the video’s narrator. “Melania has a particular interest in an upscale department store on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.”
While the names of the stores she is said to frequent, like Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue, were omitted, the message remains alarming.
The video further incites would-be assassins to consider “contaminating the clothing” that Melania has ordered online. It also implies that several of her stylists may have been tempted with large sums of money, which is concerning.
Towards the end of the video, a direct threat is made towards Barron Trump.
“This is just the beginning,” the video ominously warns. “Barron Trump, wait!”
This release coincided with billboards appearing in Tehran that depict members of the Trump family as deceased.
Recently, Barron, Melania Trump, and Ivanka Trump featured on a billboard that portrayed a menacing image of them, with their eyes closed and the word “Killed” written in red.
Iran has a history of threatening President Trump in retaliation for a 2020 drone strike that killed Iranian General Qassem Soleimani. Trump has, in turn, established plans to respond to any attacks.
“I’ve been on their list for a long time. That’s what we’re dealing with,” Trump remarked. “The only thing is, I left instructions…that if something happens, to literally bomb at a level we’ve never seen before.”
Presidents often face assassination attempts, and many have survived. A recent incident involved a man trying to breach security at a White House event, though he was unsuccessful and is now imprisoned for attempted assassination, among other charges.
Each member of the Trump family, including Melania, all of his children with their spouses, and his grandchildren, receive protection from the Secret Service.
The Secret Service acknowledged awareness of the video emanating from Iran.
“The Secret Service is aware of this video and investigates any perceived threats to our protected individuals,” said Nate Herring, chief public affairs specialist. “Due to operational security reasons, we do not disclose defense intelligence matters.”
