Shiloh Sanders Disguises as Brother at NFL Game

Shiloh Sanders managed to trick some NFL fans by pretending to be his brother, Shedule Sanders, the backup quarterback for the Browns, at Acresure Stadium during the Steelers’ 23-9 win over Cleveland on Sunday.

In a video he shared on his YouTube channel, Shiloh, who is an undrafted rookie safety released by the Buccaneers in August, showed up at the Week 6 game wearing a No. 12 Browns jersey and a flashy diamond chain mimicking his brother’s style.

He completed the look with sunglasses and a backward hat while autographs flowed from his hands to eager fans, who seemed to genuinely appreciate his presence.

At one point, Shiloh asked a Browns fan who guessed “Shedur” to sign his hat. The fan seemed interested, mentioning, “I wanted you in. Why did they wait so long to go to Gabriel?” This was a nod to Browns rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel, recently promoted after Cleveland traded veteran Joe Flacco.

Shiloh responded, saying, “I don’t know, but he’s a good guy,” referring to his brother’s teammate.

A Steelers fan then approached him, expressing that Pittsburgh fans were cheering for Shedeur, adding some playful sarcasm. “We wanted to see you play. But we wanted you to play badly,” she said.

Shiloh kept signing autographs, thanking the woman for her support, and mentioned, “By the way, did you see me on the sideline on the field?” She excitedly told him that “we were screaming” for Schedul to get some action during the game, and at that moment, others nearby seemed convinced they were speaking to Shedeur himself.

“Everything happens for a reason,” Shiloh noted at one point, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the event.

In a light-hearted moment before taking a photo with a fan, he asked if they knew who Shiloh was, to which she replied, “Oh yeah, number 28, well, he was number 28. I wanted to buy his jersey. But it’s okay, I still love him too.”

Shiloh, along with Shedeur, are sons of Deion Sanders, a Hall of Famer. The former Colorado quarterback is still waiting for his NFL debut after being selected in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, eventually landing with the Cleveland Browns.

In the meantime, Shiloh was let go by the Buccaneers during final roster cuts this past summer, just days after being ejected for throwing a punch in a preseason game.

As he entered the stadium that Sunday, sitting alongside his mother, Pilar Sanders, Shiloh seemed hopeful about future opportunities, saying it was only a matter of time before he’d hear from other teams.
