Sheduer Sanders takes exception to dangerous late hit on him: ‘I just don’t know how that’s legal’

The Kansas Jayhawks troubled Sheduar Sanders all day, but the star quarterback was particularly exceptional, allowing one hit.

In the second half, Sanders expanded to his left before throwing a pass.

Immediately after Sanders released the ball, Kansas' Dean Miller hit him below the knee, causing the quarterback to fall backwards as he touched the field.

Mr. Sanders was not satisfied.

“I don't know how that's legal overall. I understand that. It is what it is. There are some plays like that, but…yeah,” he said in the postgame press conference. Ta.

Sanders wasn't the only one to voice his opinion about the hit. Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III wasn't thrilled either.

Miller is listed at 235 pounds and 3 inches taller than the 215-pound quarterback.

Saunders himself was not so innocent late in the game when he shoved the referee from behind after a scrum between players from both teams.
